World Congress on Disaster Management (WCDM) is a initiative of DMICS to bring researchers, policy makers and practitioners from around the world in the same platform to discuss various challenging issues of disaster risk management. The 6th World Congress on Disaster Management (WCDM) was held on October 28- November 1, 2023 at Graphic Era University, Dehradun. It aimed at bringing a unique combination of the world of art and preparedness in a Painter's Workshop.
We are delighted to announce, Dikshant's Art Faculty- Mr Yatin Kandpal was presented with an honorary award at the 6th WCDM! He was chosen amidst 25 artists from all over the country. We wish Yatin sir a heartfelt congratulations! May his creativity & brush strokes continue to inspire us.
